This was a site I wrote about 5 years ago, and never finished. It is, I must warn you, absolutely rubbish. I had the brilliantly unoriginal idea of a site that would feature programmes from my youth that were "so bad, they're good." Oh dear.

I only keep it because someone, somehow stumbled across the site, and may still continue to derive limited pleasure from it. (Sad but true: if you type in pootv into google, my crap site is one of the sites returned.)
